Job Description

The Purchase Executive will be placed within the company's procurement department, responsible for the day-to-day operations related to sourcing goods and materials necessary for the company's business. Key Expected Responsibilities:

Work Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar role (Purchase Executive, Procurement Assistant, or related position) for a minimum of 2-3 years.
  • Prior experience in the general trading sector or related industries within the UAE or Gulf market will be highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems related to procurement and inventory modules.

  • Excellent Negotiation Skills: The ability to secure profitable deals for the company.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze supplier quotes and market data.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling numbers, documents, and contracts.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
