  • System Proficiency: Effectively using internal reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to access passenger information and execute required tasks accurately.
  • Sales and Support: Assisting with sales for new bookings or upgrades, and providing clear information on promotional offers, travel classes, and airline services.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with other departments such as Ground Operations, Sales, and Network to relay customer feedback and ensure a seamless, integrated experience.
  • Adherence to Standards: Maintaining the highest quality and professional conduct standards mandated by Qatar Airways' policies, representing the brand image in the best possible manner.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

Qatar Airways is looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented candidates with the following profile:

  • Educational Qualification: A diploma or university degree in any relevant field (Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Public Relations) is an advantage.
  • Experience: Proven previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the aviation, tourism, or hospitality sector. Experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar field is desirable.
