  • Staying abreast of the latest trends and developments in quality standards and local/international regulations.

Qualifications and Core Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality, or a related field. A Master’s degree or advanced certifications are a strong advantage.
  • Recognized professional certifications in quality such as: Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) from the American Society for Quality (ASQ), or a Lead Auditor certificate in ISO 9001.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in quality management or quality consulting, with a proven track record of successfully implementing improvement projects.
  • Deep understanding and practical knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and other quality management frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop corrective action plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Leadership and facilitation skills with the ability to manage workshops, train teams, and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
