Essential Qualifications and Requirements
To be a successful candidate for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or a related field) from an accredited university.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of practical experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably within a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of quality control principles, statistics, and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing). Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems is a significant advantage.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English. Ability to work within a team and solve problems proactively.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. Knowledge of other data analysis software tools is a plus.
