Required Qualifications and Skills

Educational Background and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Health Information Management.
- Proven practical experience of at least 3 to 5 years in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or a similar role in financial collections or billing.
- Experience in the healthcare or financial services sector in the Middle East, particularly in the UAE, will be a significant advantage.
Personal and Technical Skills:
- Software Proficiency: Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or specialized revenue management software.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and numbers and translate them into actionable insights.
- Attention to Detail: Extreme accuracy and focus on detail in all accounting and financial tasks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Regulatory Understanding: Good knowledge of the financial regulations and laws in force in the United Arab Emirates.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure to achieve goals within deadlines.
