Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The Real Estate Agent (Offplan Specialist) will be responsible for representing YHU Properties and driving sales for new development projects. This role will primarily focus on the "off-plan" market, requiring a deep understanding of future projects and unique persuasion skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales & Consultancy: Attending to potential clients, understanding their investment or residential needs, and providing tailored advice on suitable off-plan projects that align with their goals.
  • Marketing & Presentation: Professionally and compellingly presenting project master plans, unit layouts, amenities, and payment plans to clients.
  • **Sales Process Management:** Guiding clients through the entire sales process, from initial presentation to deal closure and eventual handover, in coordination with legal and finance teams.
    
  • Networking: Developing and nurturing a network of potential clients and investors through various channels such as referrals, social media, and participation in property events.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively seeking new clients through both traditional and digital sales outreach strategies.
  • Market Knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, particularly regarding new launches, pricing trends, and regulatory updates.
  • Target Achievement: Working towards meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

To be a successful candidate for this opportunity, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Experience: Proven previous experience in real estate sales, with a strong preference for candidates with specific experience in selling off-plan units within the Dubai market.
  • Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Dubai property market, buying/selling procedures, and basic legal/financial aspects related to off-plan projects.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) in both English and Arabic. Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
  • Drive & Ambition: A proactive, self-starter personality with a results-oriented and target-driven mindset. Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Licensing: Preference will be given to candidates with a valid RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) license in Dubai, or the readiness to obtain one immediately.
  • Presentation: Commitment to professional appearance and demeanor.
