Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle within the company. They will work closely with various department heads to accurately understand their hiring needs and develop effective strategies to attract top talent. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing End-to-End Recruitment: From posting job advertisements on relevant platforms, screening incoming CVs, conducting initial phone screenings, to organizing in-person or virtual interviews with promising candidates.
  • Building and Growing a Talent Pipeline: Proactively sourcing suitable candidates through professional databases and platforms like LinkedIn, and building a network of potential talent for future requirements.
  • Coordination and Follow-up: Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and company officials, conducting reference checks when required, and extending job offers to successful candidates.
  • Enhancing Candidate Experience: Ensuring a positive and professional experience for all applicants, from the moment of application until the final outcome.
  • Contributing to Recruitment Strategy: Assisting in analyzing recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as time-to-fill and new hire retention rates, and suggesting improvements to current policies and procedures.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with applicable local laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Academic Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with preference given to those with experience in the private sector environment in the Gulf region.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in using computer software (Microsoft Office Suite) and online recruitment platforms (such as Naukrigulf, Bayt, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical skills to assess CVs and candidate fit.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with internal colleagues and external candidates.
    • High level of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality in handling information.
