Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The temporary executive will be integrated into the Human Resources department and will be primarily responsible for supporting recruitment operations during a specific peak period or for a special project. Key expected responsibilities include:

  • Managing the Recruitment Process: Overseeing the full recruitment cycle for specific vacancies, from job posting to offer issuance.
  • Screening Candidates: Receiving, reviewing, and filtering incoming CVs and applications from various job portals against open position requirements.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.

  • Technical Proficiency: Good command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and working knowledge of online job platforms (e.g., Naukrigulf, LinkedIn, Bayt) and Applicant Tracking Systems.
