Job Description and Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the HR department, responsible for a range of core tasks that support the company's talent acquisition and management strategy. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing End-to-End Recruitment: From posting job advertisements on specialized platforms like Naukrigulf and others, to screening CVs, scheduling and conducting initial candidate interviews, and coordinating with department heads for final interviews.
- Enhancing Candidate Experience: Ensuring a positive and smooth experience for all job applicants throughout every stage of the recruitment process, from initial contact to final notification.
- Contributing to Talent Sourcing: Assisting in developing and implementing effective strategies to attract top talent in the local and regional market, aligning with the company culture and needs.
- Assisting with HR Administrative Tasks: Providing support in new hire documentation, participating in formal onboarding procedures, and helping maintain employee files according to best practices and established policies.
- Communication and Coordination: Acting as an effective liaison between the HR department and other internal company departments, as well as external candidates.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all recruitment processes and related practices comply with applicable local laws and regulations in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
Qualifications and Core Requirements
To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Proven practical experience of at least 2 to 4 years in recruitment and human resources, preferably within the UAE or Gulf region job market.
- Technical Knowledge: Good familiarity with online job portals (e.g., Naukrigulf, LinkedIn, Bayt) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Personal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and high professional ethics.
- Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Local Knowledge: An understanding of the Abu Dhabi/UAE labor market environment and employment laws is a significant advantage.
