Job Overview

The Regional Head for KSA will serve as the senior executive responsible for all company operations and activities within the vital Saudi market. In this leadership capacity, you will be the cornerstone for translating Protectt.ai Labs' global vision into a successful local execution strategy, with a particular focus on developing and deploying AI and cybersecurity solutions that address the unique needs of both public and private sectors in the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for Saudi Arabia aligned with the company's global objectives and the Saudi Vision 2030.
• Business & Relationship Development: Lead business development efforts, building and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients, partners, government stakeholders, and financial institutions.
• Operational Leadership: Oversee all operational aspects including sales, marketing, project delivery, and customer success to ensure operational excellence.
• Corporate Representation: Represent Protectt.ai Labs at leading industry forums, conferences, and events within the Kingdom, promoting the company's position as a trusted technology partner.
• Team Leadership: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and growth.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and identify new growth opportunities within AI, cybersecurity, and digital transformation fields.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in senior leadership roles (e.g., General Manager, Vice President, Regional Head) within technology companies, preferably in AI, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
• A demonstrable track record of successfully leading and scaling business operations in the Saudi market, with a deep understanding of the local regulatory environment and business culture.
• Strong experience in B2B and B2G business development, closing complex, high-value deals.
• Strategic understanding of AI and cybersecurity technologies with the ability to discuss technical solutions with clients and experts.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or advanced certifications are a strong plus.
