Qualifications and Core Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this leadership position, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Experience: A minimum of 7 to 10 years of professional experience in sales, with a proven track record of at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership role (Sales Manager or Area Manager). Experience in the Kuwaiti market or the wider GCC market is a significant advantage.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or a professional sales certification would be a strong addition.
  • Leadership Skills: A proven ability to lead, motivate, and drive sales teams to achieve ambitious targets. Excellent communication and delegation skills.
  • Analytical & Strategic Skills: Strong capability in data analysis, understanding market trends, and formulating actionable strategic plans.
  • Communication & Negotiation Skills: Possession of superior verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English, with excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools (CRM such as Salesforce), and the Microsoft Office suite.
