Job Description
The Business Analyst in this role will act as a vital link between stakeholders and development teams. You will be primarily responsible for understanding business needs and translating them into clear, actionable technical requirements. You will work remotely within a dynamic environment that fosters innovation and cross-border collaboration.
Key Expected Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business and process requirements through workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
- Develop models, mockups, and workflow diagrams to clarify requirements and design solutions.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for development and QA teams.
- Conduct feasibility analysis and assess the impact of proposed changes on existing processes and systems.
- Assist in project scoping and prioritization in coordination with the project manager.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and align with end-user expectations.
- Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation phases to ensure smooth transition of new solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be a successful candidate for this opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:
Essential Requirements:
- Fluent proficiency in Arabic (written, read, and spoken), with excellent English communication skills (minimum intermediate level).
- Proven work experience of at least 3 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills for complex issues.
- Strong proficiency with business analysis tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, and requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
- Solid understanding of project management principles and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with a globally distributed team.
Preferred Qualifications (Will be an added advantage):
- Professional certification in Business Analysis such as CBAP or CCBA.
- Prior experience working with remote teams or in an international work setting.
- A technical background or good understanding of basic programming and database concepts.
