Job Description

The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and executing the company's sales strategy. While the position is remote, the focus will be on driving results in the local and regional market. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and guiding the sales team (whether local or distributed) towards achieving sales and profitability targets.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive sales plans and strategies to enhance market share and increase revenue.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base, while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor performance to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing data-driven insights.
  • Ensuring effective communication between the sales team and other departments within the company.
  • Contributing to the setting of sales goals, budgets, and financial projections.

Requirements and Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role (Sales Manager or Sales Supervisor).
  • Previous experience in remote work or managing distributed teams is a significant advantage.
  • Deep understanding of sales principles and strategies, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently with high motivation and self-discipline.
  • Excellent command of the English language; knowledge of Arabic is an additional asset in the UAE market.
