Job Description
The successful Sales Manager will be tasked with leading and executing all sales activities for the talent development center. The primary focus will be on expanding the client base and enhancing market presence in the UAE and Gulf market, which is experiencing growing demand for leadership and professional skills development solutions.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive strategic sales plan to achieve the company's financial and growth targets in the target market.
- Leading the full sales cycle, from prospecting and delivering presentations to closing deals and managing relationships with key accounts.
- Building and maintaining a strong network of relationships with companies and institutions across the UAE and Gulf that invest in their employees' talent development.

- Working closely with marketing and content teams to align lead-generation strategies with sales efforts.

Requirements & Qualifications
To qualify for this opportunity, you must meet the following specifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, with a strong preference for experience in selling consulting, training services, or HR development solutions.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the business environment in the UAE and Gulf countries. An existing professional network is highly preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining the highest standards of self-discipline and motivation. Prior leadership skills in managing sales teams are a plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills in both English and Arabic.
- Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in using modern sales tools (CRM like Salesforce or HubSpot) and remote collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Professional certifications in sales or account management will be highly regarded.
