  • Assist in preparing periodic financial reports and analyzing financial variances.
  • Ensure compliance with Four Seasons' accounting and financial policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Front Office, Sales, and Food & Beverage to coordinate financial operations.
  • Contribute to internal audit processes and preparation for external audits.
  • Supervise and train junior accounting team members (as required).

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in accounting, with a strong preference for experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Solid knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial procedures.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Knowledge of hospitality-specific accounting systems (e.g., Oracle, Micros, Opera) is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work with high accuracy under deadline pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Arabic is an additional asset.
