Job Description and Key Responsibilities

Key expected responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and preparing guest rooms and accommodation units (rooms and suites) according to the strict standards of the IBIS hotel brand.
• Changing bed linens, towels, and other bedding daily or as per guest request.
• Restocking all essential guest supplies such as soap, shampoo, tissues, and beverages.
• Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, floors, surfaces, and furniture.
• Inspecting rooms to ensure all appliances (TV, AC, lighting) are functional and reporting any maintenance issues or damages.
• Handling specific guest requests related to room cleanliness in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of cleaning carts, equipment, and designated storage areas.
• Working as part of a cohesive team and cooperating with other hotel departments like Front Office and Maintenance.
