Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The Electrical Sales Engineer will be responsible for the commercial and technical aspects of the electrical products and solutions offered by the company. Acting as a vital link between clients' technical needs and the company's capabilities, ensuring optimal solutions are provided. The key responsibilities expected for this role include:

• Business Development & Sales: Identifying new sales opportunities in the market, pursuing leads, and converting them into closed deals. Meeting set sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Work Experience: Proven hands-on experience of 3 to 5 years in sales of electrical products or systems. Experience in the UAE or GCC market is a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of electrical products (e.g., cables, distribution boards, control systems, power equipment). Ability to read electrical schematics and a good grasp of standard specifications.
• Sales & Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic (verbal and written). Ability to persuade clients and manage the full sales cycle.
• Personal Attributes: A proactive and dynamic personality, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
• Administrative Requirements: The applicant must possess a valid UAE residence visa and a valid driving license.
