Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial growth of Moeen. This is not just a sales role but that of a trusted technical partner supporting the sales cycle from start to finish. Key responsibilities will include:

• Technical Sales Support: Working closely with the sales team to provide specialized technical support throughout all stages of the sales cycle, from initial product introduction to deal closure.
• Understanding Customer Needs: Conducting meetings with potential and existing clients to deeply understand their operational challenges and technical requirements.
• Solution Design & Presentation: Developing and presenting customized technical proposals and solutions that clearly demonstrate how Moeen's products or services meet the client's specific needs and deliver tangible value.
• Preparing & Delivering Demos: Preparing and delivering convincing technical demonstrations, workshops, and webinars for prospective clients.
• Addressing Technical Inquiries: Acting as the primary technical point of contact for customers, responding to complex inquiries, and preparing technical RFI/RFP responses.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer: Training the sales team and clients on the technical aspects of products and solutions.
• Market Feedback: Gathering market feedback and relaying it to product development and engineering teams to help the company continuously improve its offerings.

Qualifications and Core Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical engineering field.
• Work Experience: Proven practical experience of at least 3 years in a Sales Engineer role or in a technical position with direct customer interaction within the technology sector. Experience in the Saudi or Gulf market is a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills: A strong understanding of cloud solutions, networking systems, software, or the specific technical domain central to Moeen's business. Ability to quickly grasp new technologies.
• Communication & Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally, to diverse audiences (from technical staff to non-technical decision-makers). Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
