Job Description & Key Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding the company's market share. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing new client accounts and maintaining relationships with existing customers in the building materials sector.
- Actively prospecting for new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking events.
- Presenting and promoting the company's range of building materials products to potential and existing clients.
- Negotiating contracts and terms of sale to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Preparing and submitting regular sales reports to management, including market performance analysis and recommendations.
- Working closely with the logistics and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.
- Staying updated on new building materials products, market trends, and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (may be substituted with extensive proven experience).
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in the building materials, construction, or industrial sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- A self-starter with high motivation, leadership qualities, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai area and its building materials market is a significant advantage.
- The applicant must possess a valid UAE residence visa and a valid driver's license.
