Sales Executive at Zapcart Technology – Doha, Qatar

Zapcart Technology is currently recruiting for the position of Sales Executive to be based in its office in Doha, Qatar. This role presents an excellent opportunity for ambitious sales professionals to join a dynamic company within Qatar's rapidly growing technology sector.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The newly appointed Sales Executive will be at the forefront of the company's business expansion efforts. The core focus will be on generating and nurturing new client relationships while maintaining existing accounts. The executive will be directly responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting and targeting potential clients within the Qatari market, focusing on business sectors that can benefit from Zapcart's technology solutions.
  • Conducting regular, professional presentations to both existing and prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's products or services.
  • Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Building strong, long-term business relationships with clients, understanding their core needs to provide suitable solutions.
  • Working closely with internal marketing and technical support teams to ensure a seamless and integrated customer experience.
  • Preparing regular reports on sales performance, market activities, and sales forecasts for senior management.
  • Representing Zapcart Technology at relevant trade shows and industry events in Doha or nationally.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

Educational Background & Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Significant proven sales experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in technology, software, or digital services sales. Experience within the Qatari or GCC market is a significant advantage.
  • A demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of technology products/services and current market trends.

Personal & Professional Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • A self-starter with high motivation, leadership qualities, and the ability to work independently while being a team player.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and a talent for developing professional relationships.
  • Flexibility to travel within Doha for client meetings.
  • Proficiency in using office tools like the Microsoft Office suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
