Mai Dubai, a leading company in its sector within the United Arab Emirates, is seeking to hire an ambitious and experienced Sales Manager to join its dynamic team. Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and developing sales strategies to enhance the company's market share and increase revenue. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership & Development: Leading, motivating, and driving the sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. This includes ongoing coaching and mentoring to enhance team performance.
  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing comprehensive and effective sales plans and strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, sustainable business relationships with existing and new clients, including key distributors and trade partners.
  • Market Analysis: Conducting continuous market research to analyze competitor trends and identify growth opportunities and potential innovations in products or services.
  • Reporting & Monitoring: Preparing detailed periodic sales performance reports, analyzing data to provide actionable insights for senior management.
  • Internal Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, operations, and logistics departments to ensure customer expectations are met and the overall customer experience is enhanced.

Qualifications & Core Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this leadership role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Work Experience: Proven track record of 5 to 7 years in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Sales Manager or Senior Sales Supervisor).
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is considered a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve ambitious targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English, with superior negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UAE market, particularly in the consumer goods or similar FMCG sector, with an established professional network.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and utilize technical tools (e.g., CRM software, Microsoft Office) to make informed decisions.
  • Personal Attributes: The ideal candidate should be proactive, able to work under pressure, and flexible to travel between cities (Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi) as required by business needs.
