Job Overview

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Required Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience of at least 5 to 7 years in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role as a Sales Manager or similar position.
- A demonstrable track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Deep hands-on experience in Middle Eastern markets and a strong understanding of the region's business culture and practices.
- Leadership skills and an excellent ability to motivate and guide a team towards common goals.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, in both English and Arabic.
- The ability to analyze data and the market to make informed strategic decisions.
- Flexibility to travel within the Middle East region as required by business needs.
