Required Qualifications and Skills
To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Experience: Proven previous experience in the sales field. Experience in the Kuwaiti or Gulf market in general is preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Persuasion Ability: Strong personality and a natural ability to persuade and build trust with clients.
- Ambition and Results: Strong goal-oriented drive, with the ability to work independently while maintaining a team spirit.
- Technical Knowledge: Good familiarity with using computers, Microsoft Office applications (such as Word, Excel), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is an added advantage.
- Appearance and Conduct: Neat appearance and good conduct, with the ability to represent the company in the best possible light.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel within Kuwait to meet clients, with a valid driving license (may be required depending on the nature of the job).
