Job Description and Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting for new clients and new business opportunities in the local market, with a focus on travel agencies, corporate clients, and organized groups.

• Delivering compelling presentations and clearly explaining service details (such as visas, transportation, accommodation, religious programs) in a professional manner.
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conducting post-sale follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any needs, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
• Participating in tourism and Umrah-related exhibitions and events as required.
• Preparing regular reports on sales activities, market analysis, and providing suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

• Education: A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Extensive and proven sales experience may be considered in lieu of a specific degree.
• Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of practical experience in sales or marketing, with preference given to experience in the tourism, travel, or religious services sector (e.g., Umrah and Hajj).
• Personal Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong persuasion and influencing abilities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure to achieve targets.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with the local market in Makkah and the Western Region of Saudi Arabia is a significant advantage.
• Other Requirements: Applicants must hold a valid residency permit (iqama) in Saudi Arabia (for non-Saudis). A valid driver's license is preferred.
