GULF ALUMINIUM is currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join its team at its main location in the Shuwaikh area of Kuwait. Job Overview

The Salesperson will be responsible for representing GULF ALUMINIUM and driving sales for its aluminum products. Working within an active sales team, the role aims to develop the customer base, maintain relationships with existing clients, and contribute directly to achieving the company's sales and revenue targets. The company operates in a dynamic industrial environment, requiring the successful candidate to understand technical products and adapt to local market demands.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase the company's market share.
  • Prospect for new clients and develop a pipeline of potential customers in construction, industrial, and trading sectors.
  • Manage the portfolio of existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and handling their inquiries and orders.
  • Prepare and follow up on commercial quotations and contracts until deal closure.
  • Deliver product presentations to clients regarding aluminum specifications and products.
  • Monitor market trends and provide regular reports on sales performance and competitor activities.
  • Participate in trade shows and industrial events to enhance networking and the company's brand presence.
  • Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven previous experience in sales, preferably within the industrial, raw materials, or aluminum and metal products sector.
  • Good knowledge of the aluminum and construction markets in Kuwait and the Gulf region is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented personality.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a car (assumed to be required for client visits).
  • Advanced skills in using computer software such as the Microsoft Office suite.
