Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The new sales team member will integrate into an active sales force, serving as the primary point for driving product and service sales for ABYAT. Daily activities will focus on direct customer interaction, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward suitable solutions from the extensive product range. Core responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service and Sales: Greeting customers in the showroom in a professional and friendly manner, accurately understanding their requirements for furniture and home decor.
  • Product Knowledge: Possessing in-depth knowledge of all company products, their features, benefits, and pricing to provide professional and persuasive advice to customers.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Working proactively to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets set by management.
  • After-Sales Service: Following up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and handling any inquiries or requests, thereby fostering brand loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with fellow sales team members and other departments such as warehousing and logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Showroom Maintenance: Assisting in maintaining the tidiness and presentation of the showroom to project a professional and attractive image to visitors.

Required Qualifications and Skills

ABYAT is looking for candidates with a passion for sales and service, possessing the following attributes:
