Job Overview

The successful consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex integration solutions between the SAP SuccessFactors system (a leading global Human Capital Management solution) and other systems within the organization's IT landscape. Key Expected Responsibilities and Duties

• Integration Solution Analysis & Design: Understanding business requirements and analyzing existing systems to design an effective integration architecture between SAP SuccessFactors and adjacent systems such as Payroll, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• API Development: Developing, configuring, testing, and deploying APIs using technologies like RESTful APIs, OData, and potentially SAP-specific integration tools like SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
• Integration Implementation & Maintenance: Leading or participating in integration project implementations, ensuring accurate and secure data transfer. This includes troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and providing ongoing post-go-live support.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with HR teams, IT teams, and external vendors to understand needs and ensure technical solutions are aligned with business objectives.

Required Qualifications and Skills
