Job Description

The Functional Consultant will play a pivotal role in supporting, implementing, and enhancing the Recruiting module within the SAP SuccessFactors platform for clients in Saudi Arabia. The role is not purely technical but focuses on understanding HR business processes and translating them into effective system configurations and settings. This consultant acts as the vital link between business requirements and the technical capabilities of the solution.

Key expected responsibilities include:

  • Requirements Analysis: Working with HR teams and clients to understand their current and future recruitment processes and precisely identify their needs.
  • Design & Configuration: Designing, implementing, and configuring the Recruiting & Onboarding module in SAP SuccessFactors in line with best practices and business standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Practical Experience: Proven hands-on experience (typically a minimum of 3-5 years) as a Functional Consultant for the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting / Talent Acquisition module. Experience in implementation, upgrade, or support projects is essential.
