Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop & Execute Sales Strategy: Build and execute a strategic sales plan targeting large enterprises in the Saudi market, identifying new opportunities and developing a robust sales pipeline.
  • Manage Full Sales Cycle: Lead all stages of the sales process, from initial prospecting and qualifying to contract negotiation and closing major deals.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record of 5-7 years in B2B technology sales, with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in selling Enterprise Software or SaaS solutions.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical concepts related to Cloud, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), enterprise platforms, and digital transformation. Ability to speak both technical and business languages fluently.
  • Consultative Sales Skills: Mastery of complex sales methodologies and key account management. Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Saudi business landscape. An existing professional network with decision-makers in large corporations is a significant advantage.
  • Personal Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, resilience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
