Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are a significant advantage and highly desirable.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of practical experience in accounting and finance, with proven experience in a Senior Accountant or Financial Supervisor role. Experience in the retail, cooperative society, or similar sectors is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and major accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics). Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Personal Skills: High analytical ability with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English. Ability to work under pressure, tackle challenges, and solve problems. High level of integrity and reliability in handling sensitive financial data.
