Job Overview

The Senior Architect will hold a leadership role within the company's design and projects team. Key Expected Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead and develop architectural design concepts for new projects and existing developments.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and tender/construction documents using the latest technical software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max).
• Coordinate and collaborate closely with other engineering disciplines (structural, MEP) as well as project consultants and contractors to ensure design integration and proper execution.
• Oversee design workflow and review the work of less experienced architects within the team.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of practical experience in architectural design, with a proven focus on luxury residential and/or major commercial projects.
• Excellent proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD), 3D design, and visualization software, with a strong preference for Revit expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of building systems, construction materials, and local UAE regulations.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
