Essential Qualifications and Requirements

  • Academic Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field. A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • Professional Certification: Possession of a globally recognized professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven experience in auditing, with a significant portion in a Senior Auditor or team leader role. Experience at one of the "Big 4" audit firms is a strong competitive advantage.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Auditing Standards. Strong grasp of internal control procedures and risk management frameworks.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical and investigative skills. Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with all levels of management. High integrity, objectivity, and acute attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
