Job Overview

The Senior Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technology within the company. He/She will be the primary responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying needs, and developing effective solutions that support Kimberly-Clark's strategic goals in the Saudi and regional market. The role involves close collaboration with various departments including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose practical solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Requirements Management: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from diverse stakeholders and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Kimberly-Clark is looking for candidates with the following experience and skill set:

Academic Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Professional certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) will be a strong added advantage.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a multinational corporation or the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
  • A track record of successfully delivering projects from conception to implementation.
  • Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP or Oracle, and data analysis tools.

Technical and Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional analytical and investigative skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities across different levels of management.
  • Proficiency in using business analysis and process modeling tools (e.g., MS Visio, requirements management tools).
  • Knowledge of project management fundamentals and frameworks like Agile or Waterfall.
  • A proactive, results-oriented leader capable of working independently and as part of a team.
