Job Description & Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant local/international standards for project financial reporting.
• Providing management with recommendations for corrective actions to control costs and prevent budget overruns.

Qualifications & Essential Requirements

To qualify for this important technical role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical) or in Business Administration with a focus on Finance or Accounting. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCP, EVP) is a strong advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in project cost control, with a strong focus on the construction, infrastructure, or facilities management sector. Experience must include working on large-scale, technically complex projects.
• Technical Skills:
