Job Description

The Senior Creative Designer will play a pivotal role within the company's marketing and communications team. This individual will be responsible for leading the visual and creative aspects of projects, with a focus on enhancing the company's brand visual identity and developing effective, engaging communication materials.

Key Expected Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute creative design concepts for company projects, including real estate and construction ventures.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Brand Identity and ensure its consistent application across all channels.
• Design innovative and compelling marketing materials and presentations for clients and investors (Brochures, Presentations, Pitch Decks).
• Create visual content for social media, websites, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Oversee the production of print and digital materials, working with vendors to ensure quality execution.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and project teams to understand their requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies in the field, proposing creative ideas to enhance visual communication.

Requirements and Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in creative design, with prior experience in the contracting, real estate, or development sector (considered a strong advantage).
• A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing high creative skills and experience in branding and marketing material design.

Required Technical and Personal Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in core design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote).
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain design concepts and present ideas.
