Job Description

• Preparing comprehensive and detailed cost estimates for new projects based on drawings and technical specifications.
• Analyzing tender proposals and contract documents to identify requirements and financial risks.

• Communicating and coordinating with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather accurate pricing data.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 7 to 10 years of practical experience in cost estimation, with a strong focus on major building and construction projects. Experience in the UAE or Gulf region market is a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in cost estimation and quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, Planswift) and MS Office, particularly Excel. Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and market prices.
• Personal Skills: Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
