Job Overview

The Senior HR Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of employee-related administrative procedures and contributing to fostering a positive and well-structured work environment. Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Daily Employee Affairs Management: Maintaining accurate employee records, updating databases, and ensuring all official documentation and required files are complete and compliant with Saudi regulations.
  • Recruitment Process Support: Assisting in coordinating recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and preparing offer letters.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding Management: Overseeing new employee onboarding procedures to facilitate their integration and managing the employee offboarding process smoothly.
  • Policy Development Contribution: Assisting in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with Saudi Labor Law.
  • Employee Services: Addressing employee inquiries related to internal regulations, benefits, leave, and other administrative matters.
  • Reporting: Helping in the preparation of periodic reports and HR statistics for senior management.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Working closely with various departments such as Finance and Administration to ensure integrated operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of practical experience in Human Resources administration or a similar administrative role. Experience in the Saudi or Gulf market is highly preferred.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: A solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law and the regulations governing the employment market.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) and experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and integrity.
    • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
    • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
