The Senior HR Executive (Recruitment & Operations) holds a strategic position within the organizational framework. Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead the Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting, CV screening, conducting initial interviews and assessments, coordinating with hiring managers, to extending job offers and finalizing onboarding procedures.
  • Develop Recruitment Strategy: Contribute to the formulation and implementation of innovative talent acquisition strategies suited for the highly competitive UAE job market.
  • Manage HR Operations: Oversee the routine daily and monthly operational tasks of the department, which may include attendance and leave management, supporting performance appraisal processes, and contributing to the update of internal policies and procedures.
  • Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all recruitment and operational practices comply with applicable local laws in the UAE, such as the UAE Labour Law.
  • Enhance Candidate & Employee Experience: Work on improving the candidate journey throughout the hiring process and enhance employee experience through efficient and service-oriented operations.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare periodic reports on recruitment KPIs (like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and HR operations metrics to provide actionable insights to management.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. International HR professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a strong advantage.
  • Work Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven professional experience in Human Resources, with a demonstrated focus on managing end-to-end recruitment operations in a professional setting. Experience in the Gulf or UAE job market specifically will be highly regarded.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Personal Skills:
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • High degree of time management and multitasking discipline in a fast-paced environment.
    • Interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of applicable labour laws and employment practices in the United Arab Emirates.
