Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Employee Relations: Act as a key liaison between management and employees, addressing queries and contributing to fostering a positive company culture.
• Performance Management: Assist in implementing and tracking annual performance appraisal systems, ensuring adherence to set procedures.
• Development & Training: Contribute to identifying training needs and organizing career development programs to enhance workforce skills.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws in the United Arab Emirates.
• Administrative Duties: Oversee the accurate updating and maintenance of employee records and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Project Involvement: Contribute to HR department initiatives and improvements as part of the team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Academic Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources, or in any related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years of proven working experience in the Human Resources field, with preference given to experience in the construction or related industries.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English. Ability to handle confidential information with high discretion.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and solid knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Personal Attributes: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
