  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPCM, IACCM) would be a distinct advantage.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven experience in contract management, with a strong preference for experience in the technical services, engineering, construction, or oil & gas sectors.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of legal and contractual principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Contract Management Systems (CMS) is preferred.
  • Personal Skills: Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively. High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Integrity and professional confidentiality.
