Job Overview

The Senior PMO Analyst will play a central role in supporting the effectiveness and efficiency of project management operations at INTALEQ. This professional will be responsible for providing analytical oversight, governance support, and operational assistance to ensure projects are delivered according to established standards, within budget, and on schedule. The PMO functions as the cornerstone for ensuring consistency, transparency, and accountability across all strategic and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Analytical Support & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track project health, risks, budgets, and timelines. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and recommendations for improved decision-making.
• Project Governance: Assist in ensuring all projects adhere to the established Project Management Office (PMO) framework, policies, and procedures.
• PMO Process Support: Facilitate project initiation processes, stage-gate reviews, and project closures. Assist in managing document templates, project management tools, and the project repository.
• Resource & Budget Management: Support the tracking of resource allocation across projects and monitor expenditures against approved budgets.
• Quality Assurance: Contribute to project quality reviews and audits to ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between the PMO, project managers, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow and alignment.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to the enhancement of PMO processes, tools, and methodologies based on lessons learned and feedback.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or Project Management.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a PMO, business analysis, or project management support role, preferably within a technology or consulting firm environment.
• Professional Certifications: Certifications such as PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis), PMI-CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), PRINCE2, or recognized data analytics credentials are a strong advantage.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet) and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to work effectively in a team, manage stakeholder relationships at various levels, and demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
