Job Overview

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Project Management. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a significant advantage.
• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of proven project management experience, with a substantial portion in a senior leadership role (Senior Project Manager or equivalent).
• Prior experience working within a major multinational corporation or a diversified conglomerate environment.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Agile tools).
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and deliver under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic language skills are beneficial.
