  • Personal Skills: A driven, self-motivated personality with exceptional communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of CRM systems will be a distinct advantage.
  • Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of the business environment and job market in the Sultanate of Oman and the GCC countries.
  • Abilities: Ability to work under pressure to achieve targets, coupled with strong analytical skills to assess client needs.
  • Languages: Full professional proficiency in the English language is essential. Knowledge of Arabic will be a significant advantage for dealing with the local and regional market.
