Job Overview

The Senior Specialist for Facility Management will play a central role within the support services management team.   • Experience: Minimum of 7 to 10 years of practical experience in facility management, with a significant portion in advanced supervisory or specialist roles. Experience in large government institutions, financial entities, or multinational corporations is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, safety), engineering maintenance principles, and relevant Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership and communication abilities, strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
