Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The Senior Strategy Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering complex consulting engagements for major clients across key sectors in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. The focus will be on providing deep strategic insights and steering project teams toward achieving tangible outcomes.

Core responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing consulting teams to deliver integrated strategic solutions for clients across diverse sectors such as Energy, Communications, Financial Services, and the Public Sector.
• Conducting advanced market, competitor, and opportunity analysis to identify growth and transformation levers for clients.
• Developing comprehensive strategic plans and actionable roadmaps to achieve clients' ambitious objectives.
• Managing senior client relationships (C-level), understanding their core challenges, and providing trusted advisory.
• Overseeing data gathering, analysis, and the creation of professional presentations and reports that clearly articulate findings and recommendations.
• Contributing to knowledge development and thought leadership within Accenture's Strategy practice.
• Playing a key role in business development, including identifying new opportunities and crafting project proposals.

Qualifications & Requirements

Accenture is looking for candidates with a proven track record of success in a high-level management consulting environment, demonstrated ability to lead change and deliver significant impact.

Essential Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a top-tier institution is a significant advantage.
• Minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in management consulting, with a substantial portion in a leadership role (Manager level or above) at a leading global consulting firm.
• Deep expertise in one or more strategy domains: Corporate Strategy, Growth Strategy, Business Transformation, Digital Strategy, or Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into practical strategic insights.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade C-level executives.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate diverse teams to achieve challenging goals.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel as required (within KSA or the region).
• Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
