B2C Solutions WLL is currently inviting applications for the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at its headquarters in Doha, Qatar. This opportunity represents a pivotal role within the Human Resources team, where the incumbent will be responsible for leading and executing talent attraction and acquisition strategies that support the company's growth and development objectives.

Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be entrusted with a range of important strategic and operational tasks, including:

  • Leading the end-to-end recruitment process for vacancies across various departments, with a focus on mid to senior-level positions.
  • Developing and implementing innovative talent sourcing strategies to attract the best candidates in the local and regional market.
  • Working closely with department heads to accurately understand their hiring needs and define the ideal candidate profile.
  • Sourcing candidates through multiple channels including internal databases, online job portals like Naukrigulf, professional social networks (e.g., LinkedIn), employee referrals, and participation in job fairs.
  • Conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability for the role and the company's organizational culture.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interview calendars with relevant departments and following up with candidates throughout all selection stages.
  • Preparing employment offers and managing the negotiation process with final candidates.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the application process, enhancing the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of recruitment policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Preparing periodic reports and analytics on recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire).

Qualifications and Core Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of practical experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with prior experience in a "Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist" role or equivalent.
  • Proven experience handling recruitment for general jobs and specialized positions in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Deep knowledge of the job markets in Qatar and the GCC region.
  • Excellent proficiency in using online job portals and talent sourcing tools.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • The ability to build strong working relationships with internal departments and external candidates.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in the State of Qatar.
