Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing Professional Beauty Consultations: Greeting clients, understanding their individual beauty needs, and offering expert advice and knowledge on products, application techniques, and color matching.
  • Customized Application Experiences: Conducting product application sessions (e.g., makeup, skincare) on clients to help them visualize results and make informed decisions.
  • Deep Product Knowledge: Developing and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of SEPHORA's extensive product range, including exclusive brands and renowned global labels.
  • Achieving Sales Goals: Contributing effectively to achieving store and individual sales targets through exceptional service and building strong client relationships.
