Key Responsibilities and Duties

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Academic Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent recognized professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
  • Practical Experience: Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar role combining service desk support and technical field work.
  • Technical Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and potentially Linux.
    • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers & switches).
    • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing hardware (PCs, printers).
    • Familiarity with basic cybersecurity principles.
    • Ability to quickly learn and utilize CRM, ticketing systems, and other business software.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
