Job Description & Responsibilities

The ServiceNow Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and development of ServiceNow platform solutions for clients. Responsibilities will focus on comprehensive planning, direct supervision, and project delivery within the specified timeline, budget, and required quality standards. The right candidate will be the key liaison between the Linking Humans technical team and our clients, ensuring the achievement of strategic objectives and expected benefits from each project.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the entire ServiceNow project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, delivery, and closure.
• Managing all project aspects including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and quality.
• Developing core project documentation such as project plans, charters, status reports, and risk management plans.
• Effectively coordinating and communicating with all stakeholders, including clients, executive leadership, developers, and consultants.
• Ensuring a clear understanding of client requirements and translating them into practical implementation plans on the ServiceNow platform.
• Supervising and guiding project teams (internal and external) to achieve project goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A recognized project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is a significant advantage.
• Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its core modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM, ITBM).
• Experience with Agile and traditional (Waterfall) project management methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to clients and senior management levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential. Knowledge of Arabic is a strong additional advantage in the Saudi job market.
