Job Description and Responsibilities

The Shared Services Manager will be responsible for leading and developing the Shared Services Center that provides core support to multiple business units within the company. Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the vision and strategy for the Shared Services Center in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
• Operations Management: Oversee the delivery of a range of support services, which may include (but are not limited to) aspects of Human Resources, Finance & Administrative services, support IT, or internal logistics.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and streamlining to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Performance Management: Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and success of services provided, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Team Leadership: Lead and direct a multidisciplinary team within the Shared Services Center, fostering a culture of excellence, service, and collaboration.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic partner with various department heads (internal stakeholders) to understand their needs and ensure their service level expectations are met.
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure all processes and services comply with company internal policies and regulations, and manage related operational risks.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this leadership opportunity, you should meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance Management, or a related field. A Master's degree (e.g., MBA) or recognized professional certifications is a strong advantage.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years of proven experience in a leadership role within Shared Services or Centralized Operations management. Experience in a multi-departmental or multinational corporate environment is required.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and complex problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven methodology for decision-making.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Shared Services management principles and global best practices. Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle is a significant advantage.
• Results-Oriented: A proven track record of delivering tangible improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and internal customer satisfaction.
